This kit was developed to make installation of
Zerk grease fittings on the hydraulic cylinders simple and easy.
These special zerk fittings do not need any thread tapping for
installation. Installation is simply the drilling of
a hole and then the use of a special installation tool and
hammer to install the fitting.
Each Zerk fitting comes with a white dust
cap.
To install the drive in Zerk fitting place the
end of the cylinder on a support block. (included with the
install kit)
Put the Zerk fitting into the end of the tool and
align it over the drilled hole.
Strike the installation tool with a hammer and
drive the Zerk fitting into the hole.

Special Cobalt 135 degree split
point drill bit
